Spanish Censorshisp was in force since 1938 when the Press Law was enacted until 1975 when democracy was restored. Although this inspection practice was applied to all literary genres, some authors were kept under closer scrutiny. Bias de Otero was hounded from the very begining. Following up the trail of the first part, this paper brings out the censorhip dossiers on his works —letters and other documents generated for more than ten years, since the publication of Que trata de España until todos mis sonetos. Tricks used to avoid or to mitigate when possible the censorship effects —self-censorship techniques and creation of innovative forms, sense transgressions and deviations. He gave battle for every new book and he gave way to the constraints whenever it suited him and his only purpose: publish in his country, in his tongue and for his countrymen.
