This article describe the different processes used by Bretón de los Herreros to publish his comedies, particularly the different agreements that permitted the Círculo Literario Comercial to edit fifteen plays. Using the printed editions in the nineteenth century included in the gallery called La España Dramática, it’s possible to find, at least, three different kinds of agreements without forgetting which he used between 1825 and 1849 and the one he preferred after 1855.
