Abstract

In this paper, we would like to give a light and comment some poems of Valle Inclan’ poems. They were published by the Caracas Literary Magazine El cojo ilustrado. They are as follow: «Ave. Estela del prodigio. Sol de la tarde», XVI, 726 (15-XII-1907). «Flor de la tarde», XX, 329 (15-VI-1911).and «El Íncubo. Rezo», XXIII, 386 (15-VII-1914). Their first references come from the study of Sturgis E. Leavitt (1960). Since then and until the present days, at least in his set, they have been mostly forgotten. Only two of them, such as «Flor de la tarde» and «El íncubo» have been mentioned by Hormigón (2006), and the last one, has been analysed also by Cristina Villarmea (2001). We attempt to justify their rescue because of their absence in the best bibliographies on Valle Inclán such as that ones written by Luis T. González del Valle, (1990) and Javier Serrano and Amparo de Juan (1995). In the same review of Caracas, they are mentioning other non poetic contributions of Valle Inclán, but not these texts.
